Order Processing

All orders are processed within 5-8 business days. 

Processing covers order confirmation, secure payment clearance, and the careful preparation of your piece(s) for dispatch. During peak seasons, public holidays, or periods of exceptional demand, processing may take a kittle longer. Should any meaningful delay arise, you will be notified.

Delivery Times

Delivery time is made up of two parts; processing (above) and transit (below). Once your order has been dispatched, estimated transit times are:

  • South Africa estimated delivery: 4–7 business days after processing.
  • United Kingdom estimated delivery: 3–6 business days after processing.
  • Europe estimated delivery: 3-6 business days after processing.
  • Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain): 4-7 business days after processing.
  • North America (USA, Canada): 4-7 business days after processing.
  • Rest of world: 5–7 business days after processing.

In most cases, your order will arrive within 15 business days of being placed. All pieces are shipped via Express - fully tracked, insured, and requiring a signature on receipt. Transit times are guidelines and may occasionally extend due to customs, courier scheduling, or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking

Tracking numbers are provided once the order has been dispatched. Tracking may take up to 7 business days to begin updating after shipment.

Shipping Delays

Shipping delays due to customs, courier partners, weather conditions, or global events and disruptions do not qualify for refunds while the order is in transit.

Customs & Duties

Our pieces are crafted and shipped from Italy and Lithuania. 

  • Within the European Union: all applicable taxes are settled at the time of purchase. Nothing further is payable on delivery.
  • Outside the European Union: your order may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country's authorities. Where these apply, they are managed during transit so your piece(s) reach you with minimal involvement on your part. In some cases customs may contact the recipient directly, and the order will only be released once any required charges have been settled.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Nani Online is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by/due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • The recipient/receiver being unavailable
  • Refusal to accept/clear/pay customs fees

Where an order is returned to us as a result, the customer is responsible for any re-shipping costs.
